Welcome! Costco Wholesale Southeast Region is proud to host you at our 23rd Annual Charity Classic Golf Tournament, benefiting Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. This tournament plays a vital role in raising funds to support equipment purchases, medical research, and family support programs at Atlanta Children’s Hospital.
Tournament Date: May 1st, 2025
Location: Château Élan Winery & Resort
Château Élan Golf Club
Format: Scramble (Golfers of all levels welcome)
Schedule of Events:
- 8:00 AM registration opens
- 10:00 AM Shotgun Start
- 4:00 PM No Host Bar
- 5:00 PM Dinner Banquet – Paris Ballroom
- 6:00 PM Awards Presentation & Live Auction Starts
Tournament Rules:
- Men will play from the white tee markers, ladies from the red.
- Format is Four-Person Scramble - each member of the foursome will hit each shot. Pick the best shot of the four and all players will hit their next shot from that spot. Continue this process until you have holed out.
- A minimum of two (2) drives must be used by each player. If there are only three players in your group, alternate hitting an extra shot at each point.
- If the selected ball lies within a water hazard or bunker, you may place the ball within one (1) club length of the shot, but it must remain in the hazard or bunker.
- If your ball is on the collar around the green, you may take one (1) club length from that spot but the ball cannot be placed on the green.
- Remember that once the ball goes in the hole, that's your team score. So don't tap that 2-inch par putt until all have tried the birdie putt!
- In order to speed play, there will be no mulligans.
- Please turn in the scorecards with the last names and 18-hole total when you return the golf carts.
